What conditions do I treat?
I mostly treat mood and anxiety disorders in the age ranges of 13-30. I specialize in Young Adult mental health. Being both a pediatric and adult psychiatrist, I am uniquely positioned to understand the challenges that young adults go through. We currently live in a complex world and everyone needs support and guidance, specially young people as they navigate the challenges of college, relationships and the workforce.
Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Toxic Stress, Bipolar disorder are the most common mental health conditions and can adversely impact functioning. These mental disorders are treatable and and can significantly impact quality of life in a positive way once addressed.

I am considered an out of network provider for all insurance plans. You will be paying out of pocket for services provided. You will be provided with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
I am licensed in the states of California and North Carolina and currently provide services via tele health.
I am currently accepting new patients in North Carolina and have availability to schedule appointments within days.

Payment Policy
Please be advised that this is a private practice that requires full payment for services upfront. Please also take note of our Deposit and Cancellation Policies on this page below the Fee Schedule chart.
- $75 Deposit required for all Initial 60min appointments (non- refundable, unless more than 48 hours notice.)
- $125 Deposit required for all Initial 90min appointments (non-refundable, unless more than 48 hours notice.)
Cancellation Policy
- No Show- You will be charged the FULL FEE
- Less than 24 hours notice- You will be charged the FULL FEE.
- 24-48 hours notice- You will be charged ½ the scheduled FEE.
